Subscription Plans

RouteWise offers subscription-based access to its software and services. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing to RouteWise, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). You authorize RouteWise to charge your designated payment method for all subscription fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges. If a payment cannot be processed, RouteWise may suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is successfully received.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled by you before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods of the same duration. You authorize RouteWise to automatically charge your payment method for renewal fees at the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting RouteWise support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid subscription term. No partial-month or prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations made during an active billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Policy

Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. RouteWise does not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused features or services
• User inactivity
• Early cancellation of a subscription

In exceptional circumstances, RouteWise may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit.

Price Changes

RouteWise reserves the right to modify subscription fees, pricing structures, features, and service plans at any time. Price changes may become effective immediately for new customers. For existing subscribers, updated pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change. RouteWise may provide notice of pricing changes through email, in-application notifications, website postings, or other reasonable means of communication. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

Taxes

Subscription fees do not include applicable sales, use, value-added, or other governmental taxes unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with their use of the Service.

Suspension and Termination

RouteWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service. Termination of access does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding fees owed to RouteWise.

Changes to These Terms

RouteWise reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting or as otherwise communicated. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
